Standard Shipping (via Posti):  €7 flat rate or free for orders over €80. 

All my candles are handmade. Some items are in stock, while others are made to order. I usually ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment, but in some cases production and shipping may take up to 5 business days.

During busy periods such as holidays or sales, the production time may be slightly longer.

I ship with Posti within Finland, and delivery usually takes 1–4 business days.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your item has been shipped.

Yes, you can pick up your order from my studio. Address Jönsaksentie 6, 01600 Vantaa.

At the moment I only ship orders within Finland.

Please infocandl8@gmail.com promptly if you need to change your delivery address. We will do our best to make the change happen for orders that have not been dispatched yet. As we are a very small team, there will be some cases where we are unable to accommodate this.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please me at infocandl8@gmail.com and I will be more than happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you.

For the products purchased from the store, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. Before returning, please, reach out to me via email infocandl8@gmail.com.

Custom made products cannot be returned. 

• I may not refund or replace any products that you have possibly sent back to me without first announcing it or if the tracking was not provided.
• All the products should be unused and in original condition.
• I am not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns.
• Refunds are charged back to the original form of payment.
