Refund policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please me at info@candleate.com and I will be more than happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
For the products purchased from the store, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. Before returning, please, reach out to me via email info@candleate.com.
Custom made products cannot be returned.
• I may not refund or replace any products that you have possibly sent back to me without first announcing it or if the tracking was not provided.
• All the products should be unused and in original condition.
• I am not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns.
• Refunds are charged back to the original form of payment.
